WHAT WE DO

ONLINE DEED AND DOCUMENT SEARCH:

  1. Go to jaspermo.icounty.com and enter with username: guest

  2. Copies of the images can be obtained by subscription or by contacting the Recorder of Deeds office.

  3. If you would like a subscription to view and print document images, please contact the Recorder of Deeds.

Subscription to the online search is avalable through the recorder of deeds at a costof $200 per month.

PROPERTY FRAUD
HOW TO FLAG RECORDING ACTIVITY:

  1. Go to jaspermo.icounty.com and sign on.

  2. Click on your user name.

  3. Click on iRecordWeb Notification Service Settings.

  4. Enter the information in the “Add New Criteria”.

  5. Click “Add Criteria”.

The E-mail Address (your user name) will be notified of any documents recorded that match the criteria that was entered.

Add the Criteria information to the list saved in Master Documents under “Flagged Criteria”.

MARRIAGE LICENSE

New update on Marriage License requirements:

  • Effective August 28, 2018:

    • Senate Bill 655, which was passed by the Missouri Legislature and signed into law, prohibits marriage licenses from being issued if either party is under 16 years of age. Additionally, the legislation bars the marriage of individuals 21 or older to anyone under age 18. Parental consent will still be required for minors to marry someone under age 21.

  • If either party is under the age of 18:

    • Birth Certificate (certified copy)

    • Know Social Security Number or bring SS Card

  • Picture ID showing Legal proof of Age and Name. Any of the following are acceptable:

    • Driver's License

    • Passport

    • State of Missouri ID

    • U.S. Government ID
